Some critter doodles. Man, everybody’s facing the same direction lately, what’s the deal?!

Some recent environment speedies.
Meant to post these here and reblog from here, whooops. Oh well.
WIP while I wait for chicken to cook.
First pass on the Sivuk. Nasty, nasty predators on the Lock world, of the folding-and-sliding-jaw kind. Foreparts of the jaw are split and folded in a relaxed position, pointed down. Actual jawset is retracted and resting within the false/sensory jaw structure.
Follow-up on the morphing study from yesterday, this time with Jeih.
First pass at Jeih’s morphing. His natural state splits out from his face, his human skin stretching, ripping, and distorting horribly. A glimpse of twisted flesh is all most people see before his gaping maw engulfs them.
While Aryian’s morphing is typically marked by elegance and grace, Jeih’s is often marked by violent writhing.
Doodle from yesterday, worldbuilding per usual, this time on Lock morphing.
Just thinking. Work break, first pass. This will be worth doing with all of the main Lock chars, since they each do it a bit differently and there is enough morphing in the story to warrant it. Not enough steps for my liking right now, flow’s not smooth enough. Next pass will be better.
To sleep or not to sleep, now.
A Celestial Dragon and a Copper Wyvern, done for Talisman: The Dragon Expansion at the beginning of the year. The game has been recently released through FFG - check it out HERE.

You have no idea how fast I painted these I was on like 5 projects at the time hahahaha.
Nightly doodle, a warmup for an eventual, decent Red-related piece. Endless appendages! He should lend me some.
Red is an effed up Lock. He’ll eat you, spit you up and eat you again.
… Actually I lied. He doesn’t eat things, he pulverizes them and scatters their bits about.
